Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your choices are, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Huimin, the licensed representative who runs this website.

What I collect

If you use the enquiry form, I collect:

• your name and email address;
• your mobile number, if you choose to give it;
• any message you choose to write.

Please do not put sensitive details such as NRIC numbers, bank details or medical history in the form. If they are needed, we can discuss them in person.

The website does not use advertising pixels or cookies for tracking. Your browser and the hosting provider may log basic technical data, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

Why I collect it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a consultation. I do not use them for marketing beyond that, I do not add you to any mailing list, and I do not sell them. If you tick the consent box, you agree to be contacted about your enquiry only.

Who handles your data

Your enquiry is sent to my email inbox through an email delivery service (Resend). The website is hosted on Vercel, and the form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting it and may process technical information from your browser and your IP address. These providers handle data only to deliver the message and run the site. The form is not saved to a database on this website.

These providers may process data on servers outside Singapore. I only use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

I do not share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it. If you go on to become a client, the details you give for that purpose are handled under the privacy policy of the licensed financial adviser firm I represent, which will be shared with you at that point.

Your IP address is also used briefly to limit how many messages can be sent in an hour. It is held in temporary memory and is not stored afterwards.

Other ways to reach me

If you message me on WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone instead, that platform’s own privacy terms apply as well.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, the records of that relationship are kept for the period required by law and by the firm I represent.

How I protect it

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Enquiries are delivered only to my password-protected email account, and I keep access to it restricted.

Your rights and contact

You can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time. I will respond within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, I will stop contacting you and delete your enquiry details, unless the law requires me to keep them.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle personal data, I will update this page and the date at the top.
